Ms Dipti Jauhar is Head, Legal of Venture Group. She oversees all legal matters pertaining to the business and operations of Venture Group globally. This includes supporting strategic business projects, contract management, dispute resolution and overseeing various compliance and governance areas.
Ms Jauhar has more than 18 years of experience in the legal sector. Prior to joining Venture in June 2021, Ms Jauhar was with a leading automotive company and had practised as a lawyer in leading law firms in Singapore and Australia, with an emphasis on commercial litigation and regulatory investigations.
Ms Jauhar graduated with an LLB from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to legal practice in Singapore, Australia and England and Wales. Ms Jauhar and her team have been recognized in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist (Southeast Asia 2023).
